Analiza petrograficzna pozostałości po zgazowaniu węgla kamiennego

Abstract

Praca prezentuje charakterystykę petrograficzną węgla przeznaczonego do zgazowania z cyrkulującym złożem fluidalnym i pozostałości po procesie. Czynnikami zgazowującymi były powietrze, tlen i dwutlenek węgla. Skład petrograficzny węgla jest zdominowany przez grupę witrynitu (60,96 %). Grupa inertynitu stanowi 28,97 %, grupa liptynitu 4,83 %, a substancja mineralna stanowi 5,23 %. Dominującymi cząsteczkami węglowymi w pozostałościach po zgazowaniu były inertoidy (34,72 %) oraz struktury 'crassinetwork' (25,11 %). Skład karbonizatów jest powiązany ze składem petrograficznym węgla. W składzie popiołów dominuje kwarc i illit. Węgiel jest warunkowo użyteczny dla procesu zgazowania.

The paper presents the petrographic charasteristics of coal subjected to fluidized bed gasification and the residues after the proces. The gasifying agents were air, oxygen and carbon dioxide. The petrographic composition of the coal is dominated by vitrinite group, with 60,96 vol% share. The inertinite group is 28,97 vol%, the liptinie group is 4,83 vol%, while the mineral matter amounts to 5,23 vol%. The dominant particles in residues after gasification process include inertoid (34,72 vol%) and crassinetwork (25,11 vol%). Such char composition is related to the chemical structure of coal. The petrograhpic composition of ashes is dominated by quartz and illite. The coal is conditionally useful for gasification process.
