Stan sanitarny powietrza w Brzesku

Abstract

W pracy dokonano oceny stanu sanitarnego powietrza w mieście Brzesko. Ocenę tę oparto na liczebności bakterii i grzybów w 1 m3 powietrza atmosferycznego. W celu określenia ilości mikroorganizmów użyto metody sedymentacyjnej Kocha. Badania zostały wykonane w tym samym miejscu, ale w czterech różnych porach roku. Wyniki badań z tych czterech okresów porównano do siebie.

The work presents the assessment of the sanitary condition of air in the city of Brzesko. This assessment was based on the number of bacteria and fungi in 1 m3 of atmospheric air. In order to determine the amount of microorganisms, the Koch sedimentation method was used. The tests were carried out at the same place, but in four different seasons. The results of the study from these four periods were compared to each other.
