Ocena warunków geotechnicznych podłoża na potrzeby modernizacji jazu na Nysie Łużyckiej przy elektrowni wodnej Zielisko

Abstract

The paper presents an assessment of subsoil geotechnical conditions, aimed at eliminating hazards to the planned safe operation of the weir. Borehole drilling and sounding results showed that the subsoil under the weir structure is made up of loose aggregates, clayey aggregates and plastic loams. The adverse condition of the soils had been caused by intensive river water infiltration through the subsoil under the weir. A »hollow channel« filled with clayey suspension was the evidence of intensive tunnelling in the clays and that the tunnelling already assumes the form of a hydraulic punch-through which poses a danger that the soils under the weir will be displaced and as a result the weir will be damaged or destroyed.

W pracy przedstawiono ocenę warunków geotechnicznych podłoża w celu wyeliminowania zagrożeń dla projektowanej bezpiecznej eksploatacji jazu. Wyniki z wiercenia otworów i sondowań oraz badań laboratoryjnych gruntów wykazały, że podłoże pod konstrukcją jazu budują luźne pospółki i pospółki gliniaste oraz plastyczne gliny pylaste. Niekorzystny stan gruntów był spowodowany intensywną filtracją wody rzecznej przez podłoże. W glinach stwierdzono »pusty kanał«, wypełniony zawiesiną gliniastą, co świadczy, że gliny były poddane intensywnej sufozji. Jednocześnie kanał oznacza, że sufozja w glinach przybiera już cechy przebicia hydraulicznego, co stwarza niebezpieczeństwo powstania zjawiska wyparcia gruntów pod konstrukcją jazu, a w rezultacie uszkodzenia lub zniszczenia jazu.
