Analiza stanu jakości powietrza w Tychach oraz propozycje działań na rzecz ograniczenia niskiej emisji

Abstract

Projekt inżynierski jest analizą stanu powietrza na terenie Gminy Tychy, określeniem działań podjętych przez gminę w ramach zwalczania niskiej emisji oraz ich ocenie, która prowadzi do stworzenia ulepszonego planu działań. Pierwszym zadaniem było rozpoznanie i wywiad lokalny, miało to na celu określenie wielopoziomowej charakterystyki gminy nie tylko pod kątem energetyki czy budownictwa ale również demografii. Kluczowym aspektem tej pracy była analiza stanu powietrza względem lat poprzednich w celu ustalenia czy podjęte przez Tychy działania przynoszą skutek w tym celu została wykonana analiza SWOT. Po analizie stanu powietrza i programów kolejnym etapem było stworzenie alternatywy, ulepszenie podjętych już działań. Główny nacisk został położony na usprawnienie stworzonych już programów aby utrzymać ciągłość i jednolitość w prowadzonej polityce przez gminę.

The engineering project is an analysis of the state of the air in the Municipality of Tychy, the identification of actions taken by the municipality to combat low emissions and their evaluation, which leads to an improved action plan. The first task was to identify and interview the local community in order to determine the multi-level characteristics of the municipality not only in terms of energy or construction, but also demography. The key aspect of this work was the analysis of the air condition in relation to previous years in order to determine whether the actions taken by Tychy bring results for this purpose, a SWOT analysis was carried out. After the analysis of the air condition and programmes, the next stage was to create an alternative, to improve the actions already taken. The main emphasis was put on the improvement of the programs already created in order to maintain continuity and uniformity in the policy pursued by the municipality.
