Wykorzystanie analizy kosztów i korzyści do oceny projektów inwestycyjnych

Abstract

Analiza kosztów i korzyści (AKK) projektu inwestycyjnego uwzględnia pozytywne i negatywne skutki realizacji projektu nie tylko dla inwestora, ale dla całego społeczeństwa. Celem opracowania jest przedstawienie założeń AKK, szczegółowych wytycznych Komisji Europejskiej dotyczących sporządzania tej analizy w przypadku dużych projektów w perspektywie finansowania 2007-2013 oraz ocena przydatności AKK do ewaluacji projektów inwestycyjnych.

The cost-benefit analysis (CBA) of an investment project takes into account positive and negative effects of the project not only for the investor, but for the whole society as well. The aim of the elaboration is to present the principles of the CBA, detailed guidelines of the European Commission on preparing this analysis for major investment projects for the 2007-2013 period and the assessment of usefulness of the CBA for the project evaluation.
