Tworzenie szlaku legend krakowskich na przykładzie Drogi Królewskiej w Krakowie

Abstract

Celem pracy jest stworzenie projektu szlaku legend krakowskich, jako nowego produktu turystycznego. Strukturę szlaku przedstawiono według koncepcji Philipa Kotlera, uwzględniając rdzeń korzyści, produkt podstawowy, oczekiwany, poszerzony i potencjalny. Zaprezentowano nazwę, logo, trasę i wybór legend, które miałyby się znaleźć na szlaku. Wykazano, jakie powinny być najważniejsze cele strategiczne przy wdrażaniu tego produktu i jakie zadania by się z nimi wiązały. Dokonano oceny ważności i prawdopodobieństwa realizacji tychże oraz zaproponowano mierniki realizacji działań strategicznych. Oceniono ryzyko, jakie może wystąpić przy realizacji prezentowanego projektu. Dyskutowano z pracami teoretyków szlaków i przeanalizowano, jak proponowane przez nich rozwiązania można by zastosować do poprawy tworzonego konceptu szlaku.

The object of thesis is to create a project of the Cracow’s legend trail, as a new tourist product. The structure of the trail is depicted by Philip Kotler concept and it accounts core benefit, generic product, expected product, augmented product and potential product. The name, logo, route, and the choice of the legends on the trail have been presented. The most important strategic goals for implementing this product and what tasks would be associated with them have been shown. The validity and probability of their implementation has been evaluated and measures of this implementation have been proposed. The risks that may occur during the implementation of the project have been presented. The author discussed the work of the trail theorists and analyzed how solutions proposed by them could be applied to the improvement of the trail concept.
