Abstract

Praca magisterska pod tytułem „Ocena jakości usług Uzdrowiska Kopalnia Soli Bochnia” przedstawia charakterystykę i ocenę jakości usług uzdrowiska. Ocena została dokonana poprzez zastosowanie badania metodą servqual, oraz opis obiektów należących do kompleksu uzdrowiska. W badaniu wzięło udział 60 osób w różnych przedziałach wiekowych. W pracy opisano wszystkie rodzaje zabiegów leczniczych i atrakcje jakie oferuje Uzdrowisko Kopalnia Soli Bochnia. Wykonane zdjęcia są autentyczne i ukazują obecny stan placówki.

The thesis present the characterization (inventory) and evaluation of the quality of services in Bochnia health resort. The evaluation was made by the Servqual survey method and the description of all the objects which belong to Bochnia health resort complex. The analysis of the quality of services are based on the types of health services and tourist attractions offered in Bochnia spa resort. The Servqual surveys results contain the answers of 60 people of different age. All the photographs in the thesis are authentic and they show the current state of this place.
