Prognoza zagrożeń dla środowiska rozbudowy drogi szybkiego ruchu Nowy Targ – Zakopane

Abstract

The main purpose of this thesis was to identify the environmental risks associated with the implementation of the planned investment witch is expansion of the national road No. 47 in the section Nowy Targ - Zakopane. The project of the new road aims to improve the accessibility of the popular tourism area of Zakopane. The document presents a description of the individual components of the environment and the elements related to human activity and culture. Then the whole plan of the investment is described in details and the risks associated with its implementation and subsequent operation is indicated. The report also contains guidance on minimizing the negative impact of the project on the environment and shows the problem of social conflict.

Celem niniejszej pracy dyplomowej było wskazanie zagrożeń dla środowiska związanych z realizacją planowanej inwestycji, rozbudowy drogi krajowej nr 47 na odcinku Nowy Targ – Zakopane. Przedsięwzięcie ma za zadanie poprawić dostępność komunikacyjną popularnego turystycznego regionu Zakopane. Przedstawiony został opis poszczególnych komponentów środowiska naturalnego oraz elementów związanych z działalnością człowieka. Następnie opisany został szczegółowo plan inwestycji oraz zagrożenia związane z jego realizacją oraz późniejszą eksploatacją. Praca zawiera także wskazówki dotyczące minimalizacji negatywnego wpływu opisywanego przedsięwzięcia na środowisko oraz ukazuje problem konfliktu społecznego.
