Ocena zagrożeń osuwiskowych gminy Limanowa

Abstract

Celem niniejszej pracy jest charakterystyka zagrożeń osuwiskowych gminy Limanowa. Obszar badań stanowi w głównej mierze miejska część gminy Limanowa, położona w centralnej części Beskidu Wyspowego, będącego częścią Zewnętrznych Karpat Zachodnich. W pierwszej części praca skupia się na zagadnieniach teoretycznych, związanych z tworzeniem się ruchów masowych, z kolei w dalszej części opisana została charakterystyka rzeźby terenu oraz budowa geologiczna. W obrębie omawianego obszaru opisane zostały obszary o największej koncentracji osuwisk. Niezbędne informacje zostały zaczerpnięte z literatury geologicznej, map geologicznych wraz z komentarzem jak również dokumentacji geologiczno-inżynierskich, będących własnością prywatnych inwestorów. Badany teren został określony jako potencjalnie zagrożony rozwojem ruchów masowych, w głównej mierze w wyniku czynników naturalnych.

The aim of this paper is to describe the landslide hazards in the Municipality of Limanowa. The analysis focuses mainly on the urban part of the Municipality of Limanowa, located in the central part of the Island Beskids ( in Polish, Beskid Wyspowy), part of the Outer Western Carpathians. The first part of the paper is devoted to theoretical issues associated with the occurrence of mass movements The characteristics of the terrain and geological structure has been described in the next chapter. Within the area in question the areas with the highest concentration of landslides have been specified. The necessary information has been taken from geological literature, geological maps with commentary, as well as geological-engineering surveys owned by private investors. The test site has been identified as potentially threatened by the development of mass movements, mainly as a result of natural factors.
