Problemy posadowień na gruntach pylastych

Abstract

W pracy inżynierskiej przedstawiono najważniejsze problemy związane z posadowieniem obiektów na gruntach pylastych, a dokładniej na obszarach lessowych i lessopodobnych Polski. Prezentowany materiał został opracowany na podstawie norm, literatury oraz artykułów naukowych. Zawiera opis teoretyczny problematycznych zjawisk, którym podlegają lessy w rezultacie czego, zmniejsza się ich użyteczność i wykorzystanie w aspekcie budowlanym. Za główną przyczynę deformacji podłoża, generujących liczne awarie budowlane uznano niestabilną strukturę wewnętrzną lessów szczególnie wrażliwą na działanie wody. Opisano przykłady możliwego rozpoznania procesów lub form morfologicznych ukształtowanych na obszarze Polski. Dodatkowo omówiono metody ochrony podłoża gruntowego przed niekorzystnymi skutkami wymienionych zjawisk.

In engineering thesis were presented the most important problems related with placing buildings on silty soils and more specifically in loess areas or loess-like deposit in Poland. The presented material has been developed on the basis of polish standards, literature and scientific articles. It contains a theoretical description of problematic phenomena to which loess is subject as a result of which their usefulness and use in the construction aspect decreases. For the main reason of deformations of the terrain, causing numerous damages of buildings founded on loess, recognize unstable structure of loess which is sensitive to water and humidity changes. Examples of possible recognition of morphological pro-cesses or forms formed as a result of them are described in the example of Polish landscape. In addition, methods of protecting the soils against the adverse effects of this phenomena are discussed.
