Turystyka uzdrowiskowa na Kaukazie i Zakaukaziu

Abstract

Praca magisterska przedstawia Kaukaz i Zakaukazie jako miejsce atrakcyjne pod względem turystyki uzdrowiskowej. Autorka ocenia stan zagospodarowania uzdrowisk oraz poziom oferowanych usług w Arzni, Dylijan i Jermuk (w Gruzji) oraz Borjomi, Tskaltubo i Ureki (w Armenii). Omawiane są także walory i reklama wykorzystywane w turystyce uzdrowiskowej. Zdaniem autorki oferta uzdrowiskowa Gruzji przedstawia znacznie wyższy poziom zagospodarowania i promocji, niż oferta sąsiedniej Armenii. Nikłe zainteresowanie klientów reprezentujących różne segmenty z rynków zachodnich uzdrowiskami w Armenii spowodowane jest brakiem właściwego zagospodarowania. W Gruzji promocja turystyczna obejmuje inne gałęzie turystyki pomijając turystykę uzdrowiskową. Autorka zachęca do poznania wszystkich walorów Armenii i Gruzji oraz ukazuje, że łatwo jest połączyć na tym terenie turystykę uzdrowiskową z krajoznawczą.

This master's thesis presents the Caucasus and Transcaucasia as an attractive place for health tourism. The author assesses the state of development of spas and the level of services offered in Arzni, Dylijan and Jermuk (in Georgia), and Borjomi, Tskaltubo and Ureki (in Armenia). This paper also discuss turist values and advertising used in spa tourism. According to the authors offer in spa Georgia presents much higher level of development and promotion, than the offer neighboring Armenia. Customers from western countries, that represent various segments of the markets are not that intrested in Armenian spa, because of lack of proper management. In Georgia tourist promotion includes other branches of tourism apart from spa tourism. The author encourages one to discover all the advantages of Armenia and Georgia, and shows that it is easy to mix of spa tourism sightseeing.
