Controlling projektów informatycznych - wyniki badań pilotażowych

Abstract

The main goal of this paper is to present the results of research aimed at the determining the scope of controlling of IT projects. The outline of the concept of project controlling was prepared on the basis of literature review. The issues crucial for the possibilities of their application in the process of planning and realizing ITprojects were pointed at. The usage of project controlling was illustrated by the results of pilot research conducted in Polish companies of IT sector.

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wyników badań będących próbą nakreślenia zakresu problematyki controllingu projektów informatycznych. Przedstawiony zarys koncepcji controllingu projektów opracowany został na podstawie przeglądu literatury. Skoncentrowano się na aspektach istotnych z punktu widzenia możliwości ich wykorzystania w procesie planowania i realizacji projektów informatycznych. Zastosowanie praktyczne controllingu projektów zostało zilustrowane wynikami badań pilotażowych przeprowadzonych w polskich firmach branży IT.
