Audyt personalny

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to show new requirements that stand before Personnel Departments. On this basis there are presented goals and key issues of the audit of basic personnel functions. Moreover some recommendations after the audit are also shown, focusing on the work improvement of the Personnel Department.

Artykuł prezentuje, na tle nowych wymagań wobec działów personalnych, cele przeprowadzania audytu podstawowych funkcji personalnych oraz przedmiot audytu ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem usprawnienia pracy działu personalnego.
