Społeczna odpowiedzialność biznesu jako element polityki firmy

Abstract

Przedmiotem niniejszego opracowania jest społeczna odpowiedzialność biznesu. W artykule zaprezentowano definicję tego pojęcia, wykorzystywane instrumenty, wiele przykładów rynkowych oraz argumenty i kontrargumenty dotyczące wykorzystania społecznej odpowiedzialności biznesu w działaniach przedsiębiorstwa. Oprócz tego praca prezentuje sposoby promowania etyki w przedsiębiorstwie oraz obecną sytuację Corporate Social Responsibility w Polsce.

There is characterised term of corporate social responsibility in this article. There are shown definitions, instruments used in this strategy, market examples and arguments for usage of this strategy by the company and against it. Methods of ethics' promotion in the company and popularity of Corporate Social Responsibility in Poland are also described in this paper.
