Rekonstrukcja obudowy podziemnego zbiornika urobku w KWK »Rydułtowy-Anna«

Abstract

Intensive exploitation of the underground coal bunker in the coal mine »Rydułtowy-Anna« caused significant damages of the lining and the shoot funnel that had been made on the joint of the older and younger part of the receptacle. Problems, connected with the repairing, resulted from the atypical construction of the bunker, a difficult access to places that need repairing and the impossibility of exclusion of excavation from exploitation apart from days-off. In the article, there is presented used technology of works connected with the reconstruction of the lining and the shoot funnel. For their realisation there was done an additional technological intake to the bunker. The casing was recreated using the repairing system for concrete CT-95.

Intensywna eksploatacja podziemnego zbiornika urobku w KWK »Rydułtowy-Anna« doprowadziła do znacznych uszkodzeń jego obudowy oraz leja zsypowego wykonanego na połączeniu starszej i nowszej części zbiornika. Problemy związane z naprawą wynikały z nietypowej konstrukcji zbiornika, utrudnionego dostępu do miejsc wymagających naprawy oraz braku możliwości wyłączenia wyrobiska z eksploatacji poza dniami wolnymi od pracy. W artykule przedstawiono zastosowaną technologię robót związanych z rekonstrukcją obudowy i leja zsypowego. Dla ich realizacji wykonano dodatkowy wlot technologiczny do zbiornika. Obudowę odtworzono z użyciem systemu naprawczego do betonu CT-95.
