Uwarunkowania geośrodowiskowe dla planowania przestrzennego gminy Mstów

Abstract

This thesis is aimed at determining the geoenvironmental conditioning factors significant for planning as well as indicating directions of the development of Mstów commune, located in Silesia province, in the central part of Częstochowa county. Mstów commune is characterized by diverse topography and the presence of areas valuable in terms of nature and landscape. The evaluation of the conditions was carried out by overlapping environmental data using Quantum GIS. The analysis indicates that agriculture and settlement activity should remain the main direction of development of the community. The development of tourism and recreation would also be advisable. The main barrier to the development of tourism in the commune is the poor tourism infrastructure and the prevalence of flat areas.

Niniejsza praca ma na celu określenie uwarunkowań geośrodowiskowych istotnych dla planowania przestrzennego jak również wyznaczenie kierunków rozwoju obszaru gminy Mstów, położonej w województwie śląskim, w centralnej części powiatu częstochowskiego. Gmina Mstów charakteryzuje się urozmaiconą rzeźbą terenu oraz występowaniem obszarów wartościowych pod względem przyrodniczym oraz krajobrazowym. Ocena uwarunkowań została przeprowadzona metodą nakładania danych z wykorzystaniem programu Quantum GIS. Analiza wskazuje, iż głównym kierunkiem rozwoju gminy powinno pozostać rolnictwo i osadnictwo. Powinien nastąpić również rozwój turystyki i rekreacji. Barierę dla rozwoju funkcji turystycznej na obszarze gminy stanowi uboga infrastruktura turystyczna oraz występowanie w przeważającej części gminy obszarów równinnych.
