Bisfenol A w wodach butelkowanych

Abstract

W pracy przedstawiono ogólną charakterystykę bisfenolu A, związku zaliczanego do grupy substancji endokrynnie czynnych. Opisano metody analityczne służące do jego oznaczania i dokonano przeglądu literatury w zakresie jego obecności w wodach butelkowanych na świecie. Głównym celem pracy był eksperyment mający na celu oznaczenie BPA w dostępnych na rynku wodach butelkowanych Wykonano dwie serie badań, w sumie 39 próbek wód o różnej mineralizacji i zawartości dwutlenku węgla, dystrybuowanych w butelkach różniących się kolorem i materiałem z jakiego zostały wykonane. W efekcie zastosowanej metodyki badań BPA wykryto jedynie w 3 próbkach z serii pierwszej.

The thesis presents the general characteristics of bisphenol A, a compound belonging to the group of endocrine disruptors. The analytical methods used for its determination have been described and the literature has been reviewed in terms of its presence in bottled waters around the world. The main objective of the thesis was the experiment to determine BPA concentration in commercially available bottled waters. Two series of tests were carried out, a total of 39 water samples with different mineralization and carbon dioxide content, distributed in bottles differing in color and material from which they were made. As a result of the applied BPA research methodology, it was detected only in 3 samples from the first series.
