Ocena ryzyka dla wybranego ujęcia wód podziemnych, dla celów zaopatrzenia ludności w wodę pitną

Abstract

Analiza ryzyka jest nowym narzędziem wprowadzonym przez Ustawę z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r. - Prawo wodne (Dz.U. 2017 poz. 1566). W swoim zamierzeniu ma poprawić jakość ujmowanej wody dla celów zapotrzebowania ludności w wodę pitną. Nie jest jednak konkretnie sformułowana forma w jakiej powinno się ją przygotowywać. Celem projektu jest przedstawienie idei analizy ryzyka zgodnie z ustawą. Pochylono się także nad problemem konstrukcji i zaproponowano model własny uznany przez autora za najbardziej słuszny. Na podstawie obowiązujących norm ustalono szczegółowe wytyczne dla analizy ryzyka. Dokument powinien być wykonywany w ustaleniu o aktualne wyniki badań hydrogeologicznych tj. datowane pomiary położenia zwierciadła wód podziemnych, wydajności źródeł i przepływy w ciekach powierzchniowych a także rzeczywiste wydajności ujęć oraz badania składu chemicznego wód powierzchniowych i podziemnych.

Risk analysis is a new tool introduced by the Act of 20 July 2017 - Water Law (Journal of Laws 2017 item 1566). It is intended to improve the quality of captured water for the needs of the population in drinking water. However, the form in which it should be prepared is not specifically formulated. The goal of the project is to present the idea of risk analysis in accordance with the Act. The construction prone was also skewed and the proprietary model considered by the author the most right was proposed. Detailed guidelines for risk analysis have been established on the basis of existing standards. The document should be performed in the determination of the current results of hydrogeological surveys, ie dated measurements of the groundwater table, the efficiency of sources and flows in surface watercourses as well as the actual performance of intakes and studies on the chemical composition of surface and ground waters.
