Wstępne wyniki fazy testów metodyki ewaluacji wskaźnika SRI w Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki pierwszego etapu fazy testów metodyki ewaluacji wskaźnika gotowości budynków do inteligencji (SRI) w państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej. W skrócie przedstawiono proces rozwoju koncepcji wykorzystania inteligentnych rozwiązań w celu polepszenia właściwości użytkowych budynków, w tym zwiększenia ich efektywności energetycznej, a także proces opracowania metodyki oceny spełniania przez obiekty budowlane wymagań stawianych przez dyrektywy EPBD. Omówiono organizacyjną stronę fazy testów metodyki ewaluacji wskaźnika SRI w UE. Zaprezentowano obszerną prezentację graficzną i analizę otrzymanych wyników. Na tej podstawie stwierdzono, że testowana metodyka ewaluacji SRI spełnia stawiane przed nią zadania. Wyniki potwierdzają także zauważalne pozytywne oddziaływanie dyrektyw EPBD na zasoby budowlane Unii Europejskiej.

The article presents the results of the first stage of testing the methodology for evaluating the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) in the European Union Member States. The process of developing the concept of using intelligent solutions to improve the performance of buildings, including in particular increasing their energy efficiency, as well as the process of developing a methodology for assessing the compliance of buildings with the requirements set by the EPBD directives is briefly presented. The organizational side of the testing phase of the SRI evaluation methodology in the EU is discussed. An extensive graphic presentation and analysis of the results obtained were presented. On this basis, it was concluded that the tested SRI evaluation methodology meets the tasks set for it. The positive impact of the EPBDs on the European Union's building stock is also beginning to be noticed.
