Ocena ochrony przyrody nieożywionej w rejonie Paczółtowic i Dębnika

Abstract

Due to great geological, historical, aesthetic, scientific and cultural values the region between Paczółtowice and Dębnik is designated as a protected area. The objective is to conserve the area's natural qualities. Inanimate elements of nature such as rocks, landforms and water are subject to a huge range of threats, which unless deflected or managed, will result in serious loss or damage. These threats encompass: devastation of the geologic heritage, water and soil pollution, irregular settlements, opencast mining - quarrying, the lack of conscious environmental education and awareness. This dissertation shows problems and assesses the protection and conservation at the Paczółtowice and Dębnik region as well as presenting resolutions that can be enacted in order to face challenges and threats that the region is facing.

Niniejszej praca magisterska to próba oceny ochrony przyrody nieożywionej w rejonie Paczółtowic i Dębnika, dokonana na podstawie charakterystyki przyrodniczej rejonu, specyfikacji istniejących form ochrony przyrody oraz analizy zagrożeń środowiska przyrodniczego. W wyniku przeprowadzonych badań określono skuteczność niektórych aspektów prowadzonej, kompleksowej ochrony środowiska abiotycznego przy jednoczesnym wskazaniu na problemy i zagrożenia biotopu spowodowane zarówno czynnikami naturalnymi, jak i powstałymi w wyniku presji antropogenicznej.
