Szacowanie niepewności związanej z opróbowaniem w monitoringu wód podziemnych z utworów jurajskich (zdrój Nadzieja w Krakowie)

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to assess uncertainty associated with sampling groundwater of tested Zdrój Nadzieja in Krakow. The designation of this quantity allowed to determine whether the given method of groundwater sampling meets the established requirements. It was also carried out assessment of groundwater chemical status this spring. The evaluation was conducted based on regulations contained in the Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) Directive for groundwater (2006/118/EC), Regulation of the Minister of Environment in 2008 on the criteria and method of evaluation of groundwater (Journal Laws of 2008, No 143, pos. 896)and the Regulation of the Minister of Environment in 2008 on the form and method of monitoring uniform of surface water and groundwater (Journal Laws of 2011, No 258, pos. 1550). The uncertainty of this stage of the analytical procedure was estimated based on the results of the analysis of control samples using the program Roban.

Celem niniejszej pracy była ocena niepewności związanej z opróbowaniem wód podziemnych z badanego Zdroju Nadzieja w Krakowie. Wyznaczenie tej wielkości pozwoliło na określenie czy dana metoda poboru próbek spełnia stawiane jej wymagania. Została również przeprowadzona ocena stanu chemicznego wód z tego zdroju. Ocenę przeprowadzono w oparciu o regulacje prawne zawarte w Ramowej Dyrektywie Wodnej (2000/60/WE), Dyrektywie dla wód podziemnych (2006/118/WE), Dyrektywie technicznej (2009/90/WE), Rozporządzeniu Ministra Środowiska z 2008 roku w sprawie kryteriów i sposobu oceny stanu wód podziemnych (Dz. U. z 2008 r., nr 143, poz. 896) oraz Rozporządzeniu Ministra Środowiska w sprawie form i sposobu prowadzenia monitoringu jednolitych części wód powierzchniowych i podziemnych (Dz. U. z 2011r., nr 258, poz. 1550). Niepewność tego etapu procedury analitycznej została oszacowana w oparciu o wyniki analiz próbek kontrolnych dublowanych z wykorzystaniem programu Roban.
