Statystyczna estymacja atrybutów tras sejsmicznych

Abstract

Attributes of seismic traces are basic tools in a seismic data interpretation. A big part of seismic attributes are used in prospecting of hydrocarbon accumulation. The main objective of this thesis is statistical estimation on chosen seismic attributes and next verification of its value in interpretation and in the end evaluation of further application. Statistical analysis of attributes gives an opportunity to find answer for a question: how helpful are statistical elements and can it make the interpretation shorter.

Atrybuty tras sejsmicznych są podstawowym narzędziem interpretacji danych sejsmiki refleksyjnej. W dużej mierze atrybuty sejsmiczne wykorzystywane są w badaniach geofizycznych w aspekcie poszukiwania akumulacji gazu. Celem głównym niniejszej pracy jest statystyczne oszacowanie wybranych wartości atrybutów sejsmicznych, a następnie poddanie weryfikacji ich wartości interpretacyjnych oraz ocena dalszych możliwości zastosowania. Analiza statystyczna atrybutów daje możliwość odpowiedzi na pytanie, jak pomocne są elementy statystyczne przy interpretacji atrybutów i czy mogą one skrócić czas interpretacji.
