Ocena wpływu na środowisko autostrady A4 na odcinku Brzesko - Wierzchosławice

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to determine the environmental impact of the A4 motorway, over a distance of 20,8 km, from Brzesko to Wierzchosławice. It presents the issue in descriptive and graphic form. At the beginning, there is a brief description of the project, and the current state of the environment in the study area is presented. Then, the impact of the motorway on particular components of the environment is analyzed, both during construction phase and operation. The analysis shows that the most significant impact of the investment comes down to the deterioration of the acoustic climate. The investment will substantially affect the air quality, soil and the flora and fauna. At the end, several solutions, to minimize the negative effects of the investment, are proposed.

Praca magisterska dotyczy oceny oddziaływania autostrady A4 na odcinku Brzesko-Wierzchosławice o długości 20,8 km. Ma ona na celu przedstawienie zagadnienia w formie opisowej i graficznej. Na wstępie przedstawiono krótką charakterystykę przedsięwzięcia oraz aktualny stan środowiska omawianego obszaru. Kolejno dokonano oceny negatywnego i pozytywnego oddziaływania budowanej autostrady na poszczególne komponenty środowiska podczas etapu budowy oraz eksploatacji. Z analizy wynika, że najistotniejsze oddziaływanie inwestycji sprowadzi się głównie do pogorszenia klimatu akustycznego. Inwestycja w istotny i znaczny sposób wpłynie na jakość powietrza, świat zwierząt i roślin oraz środowisko gruntowo-glebowe. Zaproponowano również kilka sposobów mających na celu minimalizację negatywnych skutków inwestycji.
