Analiza ekonomicznej zasadności termomodernizacji wybranego budynku mieszkalnego, w porównaniu do zintegrowanej instalacji elektrowni PV

Abstract

Celem pracy, jest porównanie dwóch, zupełnie różnych sposobów na zmniejszenie kosztów eksploatacji energetycznej wybranego budynku mieszkalnego. Pierwszym z nich, jest przeprowadzenie audytu energetycznego który określi obciążenie cieplne budynku, a następnie przeprowadzeniu docieplenia ścian zewnętrznych oraz określeniu wpływu na zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na ogrzewanie. Następnie wykonano dobór instalacji fotowoltaicznej (PV) oraz obliczeniu hipotetycznych zysków z jej funkcjonowania. W kolejnej części, obydwie metody są konfrontowane, i obliczony zostaje ekonomiczny uzysk poszczególnych działań.

The aim of the work is to compare the two different ways to reduce the energy costs of a selected residential building. The first of these, is to conduct an energy audit that will determine the thermal load of the building, and then conduct thermal insulation of external walls and determine the impact on reducing the heating demand. The second is to select the photovoltaic installation and calculate the hypothetical profits from it’s operations. Then, both methods are compared, and the economic gain of individual activities are calculated.
