Kształtowanie profilu pola temperatury nagrzewanego indukcyjnie wsadu za pomocą ruchu wzbudnika

Abstract

In the paper a new method of induction heating of the rotating steel cylinder based on the inductor's movement along cylinder axis has been proposed. The detailed analysis of the dependence of inductor's move along cylinder axis on the quality of temperature profile has been given. Obtained results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method for flexible shaping of heating power and temperature distribution in the considered plant.

W artykule zaproponowano nowy sposób nagrzewania indukcyjnego wirującego walca stalowego polegający na zastosowaniu ruchomego wzbudnika poruszającego się wzdłuż tworzącej walca. Dokonano szczegółowej analizy wpływu ruchu wzbudnika wzdłuż tworzącej walca na jakość jego profilu temperatury. Uzyskane wyniki potwierdzają skuteczność metody w odniesieniu do swobodnego kształtowania rozkładu mocy i pola temperatury w rozważanym układzie.
