Problematyka zagospodarowania wapieni litotamniowych i detrytycznych rejonu Józefowa

Abstract

W pracy omówiono stan zagospodarowania złóż wapieni litotamniowych i detrytycznych w gminie Józefów. Przedstawiono historię prac dokumentacyjnych, wydobywczych oraz aktualny stan zagospodarowania i wielkości wydobycia w złożu „Babia Dolina”. Na podstawie wizji terenowych, prac kartograficznych oraz w oparciu o literaturę opisano źródła i skalę niekoncesjonowanej eksploatacji w rejonie Józefowa; podano również przykłady tego typu działalności zarejestrowane w kraju. W oparciu o materiały publikowane, akty prawne oraz własne obserwacje zaproponowano możliwe działania w celu rozwiązania problemu nielegalnego wydobycia zarówno w rejonie Józefowa jak i w Polsce.

The thesis discusses the state of development of the detrital and lithothamnium limestone deposits in Józefów municipality. It presents the history of documentation, mining, the current state of development and the volume of extraction in the „Babia Dolina” deposit. The sources and scale of unlicensed mining have been described based on field work, mapping and scientific literature; examples of similar registered mining in the country have also been given. Based on published materials, legal acts and own observations, possible actions were proposed to solve the problem of illegal mining both in the area of Józefów as well as in Poland.
