Narzędzia Lean Management

Abstract

The aim of this report is presentation of Lean Management instruments. The meaning of Lean was discussed at first. Then was fundamental instruments and techniques mentioned, which are indispensable to correct inculcating and appling of Lean methodic. The article finish reflections, that all instruments in Lean conception are dependent on yourself and only, when they are connexioned with each other in the system, which does Lean philosophy, can give good effects.

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie narzędzi i technik Lean Management. W pierwszej części omówiono znaczenie pojęcia Lean. Następnie wymieniono podstawowe narzędzia i techniki, które są konieczne do prawidłowego wdrożenia i stosowania metodyki Lean. Artykuł kończą rozważania nad tym, że w koncepcji Lean narzędzia są nawzajem od siebie zależne i dopiero połączone w system spełniający założenia Lean mogą dać oczekiwane efekty.
