Gospodarka odpadami azbestowymi w gminie Kazimierza Wielka

Abstract

The master thesis presents the condition of the asbestos waste’ management in Kazimierza Wielka district. In this case there was elaborated ‘The programme of removal asbestos and wares containing asbestos in the commune of Kazimierza Wielka. On the base of the information from The Town Council there were determined the quantity, the type and the location of asbestos wares in the above mentioned area . There were estimated the costs of asbestos waste removal as well as the potential source of financing the process. The analyse of collected information shows that in the commune of Kazimierza Wielka there is the necessity of the condition improvement in the administration of asbestos waste. In that type of waste the management improvement should be conducted by the consciousness raising among local community in the usage and removal of asbestos wares and waste. The carrying out of entire and solid stocktaking of the wares containing asbestos is very significant for the programme.

W pracy przedstawiono stan gospodarki odpadami azbestowymi w gminie Kazimierza Wielka. W tym celu opracowano Program usuwania azbestu i wyrobów zawierających azbest z terenu gminy Kazimierza Wielka. W oparciu o informacje udostępnione przez Urząd Miasta i Gminy określono ilość, rodzaj oraz rozmieszczenie wyrobów azbestowych na terenie gminy. W ramach pracy zostały również oszacowane potencjalne źródła finansowania tego procesu. Z analizy zebranych informacji wynika, że na terenie gminy istnieje potrzeba poprawy stanu gospodarowania odpadami azbestowymi. Poprawa gospodarki związanej z tego rodzaju odpadami powinna polegać przede wszystkim na podniesieniu świadomości lokalnej społeczności w zakresie użytkowania, usuwania wyrobów i odpadów azbestowych. Istotne znaczenie ma także przeprowadzenie pełnej i rzetelnej inwentaryzacji wyrobów zawierających azbest.
