Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe main objective of the first chapter was to characterize basic provisions of Water Framework Directive 2000 (WFD 2000) and its daughter directive from 2006 (WFD 2006) as well as its influance on Polish Geological and Mining Law and Water Law. In further part of this paper changes in Polish Geological and Mining Law legislation were analyzed.
