The objective of this paper was to create project which allows collecting of the environmental parameter data using external devices. Application allows combining any devices set only if dedicated plugin is implement in C#. Newdays technology allows for building smaller and smaller electronical layouts with wide possibilities of useness, which is visible in geophisical instruments where its portable character is a convenience during surveying. This work exhibit actual evaluation introduced to the seismic engineering . It’s based on Geode’s system describe (manual), as one of the most popular and first devices that type on market. The developed solution is an innovative application in the field of universal motor controllers. The most important features of this solution are: low cost, application of digital control and diagnosis algorithm. Blanking trials were carried out on an eccentric press. During all the trials, there were recorded signals of acoustic emission (AE) that accompanied the process of blanking. For the recorded AE signals, the methodology of data preparation and analysis was presented. On that basis, the results of the assessment of the state of the punch were presented, and they employed five methods of visualization: Andrews curves, Principal Components Analysis, Linear Discriminant Analysis, a modified method of Stochastic Neighbor Embedding and Sammon Mapping.
