Analiza granulometryczna pyłów drogowych i badanie zawartości cynku w poszczególnych frakcjach

This dissertation presents the results of analyses on the particle size distribution and zinc content in street dusts from 3 May Alley (PD) and parking dusts from the Campus of University of Science and Technology (PP) in city of Cracow. The purpose of researches was to determine the impact of communication on the state of urban environment, by presenting the level of Zn contamination in separated dust fractions. According to results, PD are more fine-grained, contain about 2,5 times more fraction < 63 ?m than PP. In this fraction occurred the highest concentration of Zn, from 1054 to 1216 mg/kg (PP) and from 685 to 858 mg/kg (PD).There was observed a relatively higher level of Zn contamination in dusts from parking lots, but by analyzing the load, a street dusts put into the environment more zinc in form of smallest, most dangerous particles. The biggest load of Zn (39,9%) introduced fraction < 63 ?m in street dusts and fraction 200-1000 ?m in parking dusts. There is also a significant effect of transport on Zn content in soils and vegetation, together with the distance from the May 3 Alley Zn content is reducing.

Public Private Partnership (PPP) is the system of realizing investment - enterprises for public purposes that is practiced in the world. It is the solution that should be practiced in Poland, also with the usage of the funds from the European Union. One of the main problems, that should be solved while undertaking investments in any model of the system Public Private Partnership (PPP), is a right estimation of costs of the investment - enterprise and making the calculation of the investment efficiency. This calculation has to include both all the stages of the investment cycle (i.e. from the idea into the exploitation) and the exploitation cycle of the resources that is contracted for lendering services and managing the resources by the private partner. The authors of this article present the method of economic analysis on the example of the hypothetical road - investment of a ring-road. This method uses the traditional tool that is practiced in the economic estimation of the profitability of the investment - enterprises, e.g. NPV (updated net value) and the account of target costing that is the fundamental element of cost calculation and refers to the whole life cycle of the product. The example is prefaced by a short characteristics of Public Private Partnership (PPP) and the method of target costing.

Projekt robót geologicznych dla sporządzenia dokumentacji geologiczno-inżynierskiej na potrzeby budowy obiektu liniowego na wybranym terenie

Celem projektu robót geologicznych jest zaplanowanie prac terenowych i badań niezbędnych do sporządzenia dokumentacji geologiczno-inżynierskiej. Podstawą dla sporządzenia projektu była ustawa „Prawo geologiczne i górnicze” z dnia 30 stycznia 2015 r. oraz szereg innych rozporządzeń. Projekt został sporządzony pod budowę drogi łączącej drogę S61 z obwodnicą Suwałk. Inwestycja zlokalizowana jest na południowy-zachód od Suwałk, w powiecie suwalskim, województwie podlaskim. Praca inżynierska w swojej formie w możliwie najbliższy sposób przypomina oficjalny dokument. W pracy skupiono się na zaprojektowaniu przebiegu badań i prac terenowych niezbędnych do określenia budowy geologicznej terenu, warunków hydrogeologicznych oraz parametrów geotechnicznych gruntów podłoża, potrzebnych do zaprojektowania konstrukcji budowli drogowej. Zakres robót obejmuje wykonanie otworów badawczych, sondowań, badań terenowych, laboratoryjnych i geofizycznych. W oparciu o uzyskane wyniki zaplanowanych prac w projekcie należy wykonać dokumentację geologiczno–inżynierską.

The issue of compensation for loss of rights to property plots parcelled out for public roads based on the example of Cracow

The article presents some issues which refer to determining compensation for the loss of ownership rights or perpetual usufruct of plots of land parcelled out for public roads, as a result of subdivision surveys, based on the example of the city of Cracow. The compensations shall be determined under a civil or administrative procedure, according to the rules governing the expropriation of property. The basis for determining the amount of compensation is the market value of the property. The paper pointed out the practical problems of implementing the compensation requirement arising from the above mentioned grounds by public law entities.
