    The hereby thesis concerns the computer programme that uses the Monte Carlo Method to compute confidence – interval of time-frequency distribution. The distributions are pointed by the wavelet and the Winger-Vile's transforms. Afterwards, researches on artificial and real signals are conducted. The aim of this thesis is to determine above named distributions of different types of signals and to show optimum iteration in the Monte Carlo method, which helps to point confidence interval correctly.
