Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Badania nad wpływem współczynnika podatności podłoża na nośność obudowy wyrobiska podziemnego(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2008) Frydrych, KornelDistinguishing feature of the underground excavations' lining (including tunnels) is their cooperation with a rock mass i.e. displacement on the lining and rock mass contact causing the creation of the forces (elastic passive rock mass pressure) which act beside active rock mass pressure. This fact caused that is necessary to take it into consideration in static calculations. Used method has two faults: it doesn't take into consideration both lining structure influence on the value of the coefficient of subgrade reaction and the variation of this coefficient value connected with the changing of the excavation radius in the breakthrough. The paper presents elastic passive rock mass pressure influence on designed distance of steel arch support. The lining structure influence on the elastic passive rock mass pressure value was also discussed.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Budowa sztolni pod masywem góry Chmielnik w Jeleniej Górze - Cieplicach(2007) Zynek, Jacek; Antosz, AndrzejThe paper presents all stages of tunnel (drift) construction underneath Chmielnik mountain massif near Jelenia Góra city. Detailed descriptions of execution techniques, natural rock mass conditions and principles of drivting with drill and blast method are presented in it. Reasons for execution of elements which were not predicted in primary documentation but were necessary for the safety operation of the object were also presented. Due to very difficult local rock conditions, the whole tunnel was supported with lining of portal type. The paper consists a set of the most significant theoretical knowledge and experience of the contractor, who have provided safety execution the work with proper quality and within scheduled time. Excavated tunnel serves for water pipelines conduct treated water from water treatment station on one side of Chmielnik Hill to retention/reserve reservoirs on the other side.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Interdisciplinary aspects of tunnel design(2007) Pöttler, Rudolf; Starjakob, Franz; Sysik, PawełWhen taking all aspects (geology, environment, geotechnics, safety, traffic aspects, ventilation, economic aspects, operational aspects) into account tunneling is a very complex design task. It is to be understood that the whole is more than the sum of its parts, and requires an interdisciplinary design process. The paper will deal in the first chapter with the success factors necessary for the interdisciplinary design and layout of high-speed railway tunnels. ILF carries out complex tunnel projects using its in-house capacity. Examples of how different aspects influence each other will be given with the high-speed railway tunnels in Germany and Austria.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Katastrofa budowlana w tunelu Czernickim(2007) Preidl, WojciechIn May 2007 passes the anniversary of the building disaster which occurred in 1857 in Czernicki tunnel on the route of the Wilhelm Railway on the Nędza - Katowice Ligota section. Built at a high cost and manpower from its beginning caused many problems for builders. Very weak clayey grounds with sand contents already during the cross cutting of tunnel caused deformation load on the wooden temporary lining caused its strong deformation.Tunnel was set into operation at the beginning of 1857. The rainy spring of this year brought about sopping of the ground around the tunnel. At the begin of May of this year observed first cracks in the final tunnel lining and at the 17th of May the tunnel partially collapsed in its central section. Very important railway for the Rybnik coal mines was blocked. In his book Leon Peszel basing on the opinion of prof. Karol Wątorek writes »...we can conclude about volume of the soil load basing on the temporary lining behavior. From the deflection's measurement, crushes of the lining elements we can calculate the volume of the pressure occurring in determined cross-section of the tunnel«. This opinion was presented in the first half of the XX century so almost 70 years after the disaster in Czernica when the geomechanics and statics of underground constructions reached considerable higher level then in Franz Rziha times.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Ostatnie doświadczenia tunelowe Przedsiębiorstwa Budowy Kopalń PeBeKa SA ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zakończonej budowy I linii metra w Warszawie(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Kozłowski, RobertIn the article author describes previous tunnel projects executed by company Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Kopalń PeBeKa SA. Tunnels done in different methods are presented (in open trench, cut-and-cover and mining methods). Warsaw metro line I project, which has been just finished takes important place. In Warsaw Bielany district tunnels were executed in shield method, or in deep trench protected by Berliner wall or in use of diaphagram walls.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Stress state and bearing capacity of shallow tunnel linings undergoing the influence of nearby located buildings(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Fotieva, Nina; Bulychev, Nikolay; Sammal, Andrey; Deev, PetrThe paper describes a new analytical method of designing shallow tunnel linings of an arbitrary cross-section shape undergoing the influence of buildings both erected nearby the already existing tunnel and constructed before the tunnel driving. The method is based on analytical solutions of the corresponding elasticity theory plane problems for a heavy semi-infinite medium weakened by a supported opening. The approximate technique is proposed for taking the 3-D character of problems into account caused by limited sizes of buildings in the direction along the tunnel axis and by the location of several buildings on some distances between them in this direction. It gives a possibility to determine the stress state and evaluate the lining bearing capacity in different cross-section along the tunnel axis. Example of the design are given.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Wpływ konstrukcji obudowy tunelu o przekroju kołowym na wartość współczynnika podatności podłoża(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Frydrych, KornelThe existence of elastic passive rock mass pressure significantly increases the bearing capacity of lining, thus it is important to include its effect in calculating internal forces of lining in a tunnel. While designing the lining a designer faces a problem how the construction of this lining influences a value of a coefficient of subgrade reaction. This paper contains computational results of a coefficient of subgrade reaction C for various types of lining in tunnels with a circle cross-section. It has been shown how the construction of lining influences a value of this coefficient.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Wyznaczanie parametrów sprężystych warstw przypowierzchniowych na podstawie badań sejsmicznych w rejonie budowy drogi S3 w okolicach Starych Bogaczowic(Data obrony: 2010-09-23) Chyla, Inga
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe aim of the thesis was determination of geotechnical parameters of rock masses for Road engineering near Stare Bogaczowice – where construction of two tunnels is planned. Near the planned tunnel’s localization seven geotechnical holes were bored and seismic refraction investigations were carried on. After processing of seismic data were made rock mass models (seismic layers) and parameters were calculated. In the thesis was discussed the correlation between geophysical results and geotechnical data. The rock mass were classified with its usability as a bedrock for the road engineering. The end of the thesis is an opinion about usefulness of geophysical methods to estimate a parameters of rock masses.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Zasady doboru obudowy powłokowej(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Wichur, Andrzej; Frydrych, Kornel; Strojek, DanielShell lining had been wider known in Poland during 70s of the previous century. A present standard concerning design of the shell lining presents the range of the lining usage in a very general manner. It is only confined to a few basic technical conditions which must be fulfilled in order to apply this type of lining. The aim of this study was to supplement this scope with an economical criterion, which facilitates the optimal selection of the lining construction. The carried out analysis of principles of the shell lining's selection was based on 144 projects for series of data, with application a.o. various geotechnical parameters of rock, depths of dog headings and three types of steel sets. The obtained results can be applied in the shell lining's design.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Zastosowanie metody GPR do badania kościoła Św. Wawrzyńca w Rymanowie(Data obrony: 2019-02-07) Maksym, Kamil
Pomiary wykonano aparaturą firmy MALÅ Geoscience z zastosowaniem anten ekranowanych 500 MHz i 250 MHz. Owocem przeprowadzonych badań było wykrycie krypty fundatora świątyni i pomieszczeń piwnicznych.
