Abstract
Artykuł przedstawia zagadnienia ekonomiczno-finansowe określone w Strategii rozwoju energetyki rozproszonej w Polsce do 2040 roku. Autorzy prezentują analizę SWOT (mocne oraz słabe strony, szanse potencjalne lub zaistniałe oraz zagrożenia prawdopodobne lub istniejące w obszarze energetyki rozproszonej) i na bazie jej wyników formułują propozycję rekomendowanych działań.
The article elaborates on the economic and financial issues presented in the proposal for a Strategy for the development of distributed energy in Poland until 2040. It presents a SWOT analysis (strengths and weaknesses, potential or existing opportunities and probable or existing threats in the area of distributed energy). On the basis of SWOT, a proposal of recommended actions is presented.
