Symulacje Monte-Carlo procesów starzenia biologicznego i ewolucji populacji

Abstract

Results of computer simulations of biological population evolution are presented in thesis. The basis of the model, is an influence of deleterious mutations on the mortality of individuals. Things that has been done so far using Penna model, and new results achieved by author are presented. Dissertation contains: analysis of the characteristics of decreasing number of genetic families (achieved result differ from that known from literature), effect of the genomes becoming less diverse, and the discussion on the problem of partner selection in sexual version of the model. Praca przedstawia i omawia wyniki symulacji komputerowych rozwoju populacji biologicznej na bazie modelu Penny. Istotą modelu jest wpływ negatywnych mutacji na śmiertelność osobników. Omówione zostały dotychczasowe osiągnięcia otrzymane przy użyciu modelu, oraz przedstawione zostały nowe wyniki uzyskane przez autora. Zaprezentowana została analiza charakterystyki zaniku rodzin genetycznych (otrzymany został wynik odmienny od literaturowego), efekt spadku różnorodności genomów w populacji, oraz dyskusja nad problemem selektywnego doboru partnera w seksualnej odmianie modelu.
