Abstract
The paper presents analysis of methods for image quality enhancement for increasing distinguish ability of the details. Methods for unsharp masking are emphasized. It is shown, that the relative local contrast can be the base for construction of unsharp masking methods. Optimization of Iow frequency image component transformation is proposed and discussed. Advisability of proposed solutions in the examples is verified.
W artykule opisano analizę metod poprawy jakości obrazu w celu zwiększenia rozróżnienia szczegółów kontrastów lokalnych. Wyodrębniono metody nieostrego maskowania. Pokazano, że lokalny kontrast stosowany może być podstawą konstruowania metod nieostrego maskowania. Zaproponowano i uzasadniono optymalizację przetwarzania składowej niskoczęstotliwościowej obrazu. Na przykładach potwierdzono skuteczność przedstawionych rozwiązań.
