Charakterystyka mikrostruktury i własności materiałów stosowanych do wyrobu kling szermierczych

Abstract

This paper is dedicated to the analysis of the microstructure, properties and stress states of fencing blades used in modern classical fencing trainings. The research has been conducted on three blades from manufacturer 1 after three different stages of exploitation (new, used and destroyed) and on one destroyed blade from manufacturer 2. Thanks to the applied research methods, the change in stress states and the degradation of the surface of the blades has been evaluated. Some conclusions about their heat treatment and differences in the manufacturing methods between different manufacturers have been made as well. W pracy przedstawiono wyniki analizy mikrostruktury, własności i stanu naprężeń w klingach szermierczych wykorzystywanych podczas treningów nowoczesnej szermierki klasycznej. Badania wykonano na trzech klingach od producenta 1 po różnych etapach ich eksploatacji (nowa, eksploatowana, zniszczona) oraz na jednej klindze od producenta 2, która uległa zniszczeniu. Dzięki zastosowanym metodom badawczym określono, jak pod wpływem ich eksploatacji zmienia się stan naprężeń w klingach oraz w jaki sposób przebiega degradacja ich powierzchni. Wyciągnięto także pewne wnioski na temat ich obróbki cieplnej oraz różnicy pomiędzy procesami produkcyjnymi różnych producentów.
