The report is notificated important question about planning active influence process on the methane-giving back from a coal seam through a borehole to the surface. The gas-giving back surface of the coal seam is introduced in a practice and methane-obtaining index too. The filtrating and time indexes I are discussed in the report. The conclusion from the researching work is done.
