Ocena i analiza jakości usług w Sanatorium i Szpitalu Uzdrowiskowym „Równica” w Ustroniu z wykorzystaniem metody Servqual

Abstract

Celem pracy dyplomowej magisterskiej jest ocena i analiza jakości usług świadczonych przez Sanatorium i Szpital Uzdrowiskowy „Równica” w Ustroniu. Problematykę jakości produktu czy usług często poruszano w literaturze, ponieważ z biegiem czasu rosła potrzeba jej podnoszenia. W dzisiejszych czasach pojęcie jakości usług stawia na pierwszym miejscu klienta, który ma największy wpływ na jej kształtowanie poprzez swoje oczekiwania i późniejszą satysfakcję lub jej brak. Badanie opierało się głównie na wykorzystaniu metody Servqual opartej na analizie porównawczej wyników uzyskanych z ankiet dotyczących jakości postrzeganej i oczekiwanej. Kwestionariusze zostały przeprowadzone wśród kuracjuszy, którzy dokonali oceny poszczególnych twierdzeń w nich zawartych. Wyniki badań pozwoliły na określenie jakości usług Sanatorium i Szpitala Uzdrowiskowego „Równica”, która w ogólnej opinii respondentów jest bardzo satysfakcjonująca. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to evaluate and analyze the quality of services provided by the Sanatorium and the Spa Hospital "Równica" in Ustron. The issue of quality of the product or service was frequently mentioned in the literature because of the need to enhance it with over the time. Nowadays, the concept of quality of service puts the customer first and also it’s the customer who has the greatest influence on shaping the quality, because of his expectations and later satisfaction or its lack. The study was based primarily on the use of the Servqual method, based on a comparative analysis of the questionnaires involving the perceived and expected quality. Questionnaires were performed among the patients who evaluated the individual statements contained in them. The results of the research allowed to determine the quality of services of the Sanatorium and the Spa Hospital “Rownica”, which in the opinion of the respondents is very satisfactory.
