Badania podbudów wiertniczych

Abstract

Bearing constructions applied for drilling boreholes with rigs are most commonly frame structures consisting of rigs or drilling masts. Their main bearing elements - shears - are deposited on foundation beams in the foundation plates in the ground or the subbase. In such a system the subbase is a basis for the rig and mast. The height of such a construction in the form of a cubicoid framework enables assemblying devices protecting the drilling well's outlet. In operating conditions, the structure undergoes numerous loads, frequently exceeding those in the rig and mast. Hence much attention is paid to the construction of subbases as it is a guarantee of safe operation of the rig.

Konstrukcje nośne stosowane w urządzeniach wiertniczych przy wierceniu otworów to najczęściej konstrukcje kratowe występujące w formie wież lub masztów wiertniczych. Ich główne elementy nośne-świece, stojąc swoimi stopami opierają się na belkach fundamentowych położonych na płytach fundamentowych na ziemi lub na podbudowie. W tym układzie podbudowa stanowi podstawę dla wieży lub masztu. Jej konstrukcja w kształcie prostopadłościennej kratownicy ma wysokość pozwalającą na dogodny montaż urządzeń zabezpieczających wylot otworu wiertniczego. W czasie pracy poddana jest różnym obciążeniom, często większym od występujących w wieży wiertniczej czy maszcie. Stąd przykłada się duże znaczenie dla konstrukcji podbudowy, aby zapewnić bezpieczną pracę urządzenia wiertniczego.
