Analiza zniekształceń obrazów w tomografii gamma

Abstract

Gamma-ray tomography is one of the most often use techniques for industrial process control. Computerised tomography is a system of indirect imaging, it means that the image is not obtained directly, but it is obtained on the way of numeric calculations (so-called image reconstruction). This paper presents analysis of images distortion and the relationship between distortion and sources' and detectors' layout.

Tomografia gamma jest jedną z powszechnie stosowanych bezinwazyjnych technik monitorowania procesów przemysłowych. Tomografia komputerowa jest systemem obrazowania pośredniego. Oznacza to, że obraz nie jest uzyskiwany bezpośrednio, lecz na drodze obliczeń numerycznych zwanych ogólnie rekonstrukcją obrazu. Niniejszy artykuł przedstawia analizę zniekształceń powstających w rekonstruowanych obrazach i ich zależność od rozmieszczenia źródeł i detektorów tomografu.
