Metodyka ewaluacji wskaźnika gotowości budynków do inteligencji (SRI)

Abstract

W artykule omówiono metodykę ewaluacji wskaźnika gotowości budynków do inteligencji. Na tle krótkiej historii dyrektyw o charakterystyce energetycznej budynków (EPBD) wyjaśniono powody opracowania wskaźnika gotowości budynków do inteligencji (SRI) oraz omówiono cel jego zastosowania. Przedstawiono definicje wskaźnika SRI oraz inteligencji budynków. Wyjaśniono podstawowe pojęcia stosowane w metodyce ewaluacji wskaźnika. Szczegółowo omówiono osiem kroków składających się na proces ewaluacji. Wyjaśniono ideę i metodykę ewaluacji, a także cel każdego kroku i wynik ewaluacji. W podsumowaniu zwrócono uwagę, że metodyka ewaluacji wskaźnika gotowości budynków do inteligencji jest aktualnie w fazie testów w państwach członkowskich Unii Europejskiej. Wdrażanie obowiązku ewaluacji wybranych typów budynków pod kątem gotowości do inteligencji jest planowane po kolejnych decyzjach Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady w drugiej po- i łowie 2027 r.

The article discusses the methodology of evaluating the smart readiness indicator of buildings (SRI). Against the background of a brief history of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directives (EPBDs), the rationale for the initiative to develop the smart readiness indicator (SRI) of buildings is explained and the purpose of the indicator is discussed. The definition of SRI is presented, as well as the definition of building smartness. The basic concepts used in the methodology of indicator evaluation are explained. The 8 steps that make up the evaluation process are discussed in detail. The idea and methodology of the evaluation are explained, as well as the purpose of each step and the result of the evaluation. In the summary, it was noted that the methodology for evaluating the smart readiness indicator of buildings is currently in the testing phase in the Member States of the European Union. The implementation of the obligation to evaluate selected types of buildings in terms of readiness for smartness is planned after further decisions of the European Parliament and the Council in the second half of 2027.
