The main aim of the research presented at the dissertation was to propose a tool based on neural models supporting the decisions of investors in the valuation of call and put index options on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The creation of such application was preceded by discussions concerning the selection of the optimum structure, the type of neural network, characteristics of input variables and a detailed analysis of real data received from the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The proposed neural models were used to value options on WIG20 index in the period of stable growth and a period of rapid fluctuations in the stock market. The results were compared with results received using the Merton model. The study verified the positive idea of the tool to support investment decisions. The dissertation proved the thesis that it is possible to create a neural decision-making models used to invest in options on WIG20 index of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the proposed models can give better results than other well known methods of prediction in a situation of rapid fluctuations in the stock market.
W pracy zaprezentowano podejście do zarządzania wiedzą w organizacji z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych technologii informatycznych. Przedstawiono istotę procesu zarządzania wiedzą w sytuacji ważnych zmian w organizacji, jakimi może być wprowadzenie nowych metod organizacji pracy. Zagadnienie zostało omówione na przykładzie projektu wdrożeniowego platformy narzędziowej SELF w firmie Soneta, będącej producentem i dostawcą oprogramowania ERP enova365.
The article presents the essence of multi-level system of production planning. The type of plans prepared in companies and the course of production planning are discussed in detail. Theoretical considerations were supported the discussion of the real multi-level system of production planning in one of the companies from car industry.
