Abstract
Praca doktorska prezentuje procedurę identyfikacji struktur sejsmogennych w chmurze zjawisk sejsmicznych. Metoda zapadania powoduje zmniejszenie rozproszenia chmury zjawisk sejsmicznych, spowodowanego błędami lokalizacji. Klasteryzacja oparta na gęstości danych umożliwia wyznaczenie obszarów o zwiększonej intensywności występowania zjawisk. Dodatkowo, wykorzystano techniki umożliwiające wyznaczenie objętości chmury zjawisk sejsmicznych. Pokazano, że użycie proponowanych metod umożliwia obliczenie bardziej realistycznej objętości zaburzonej struktury sejsmogennej.
The dissertation introduces a procedure for identifying seismogenic structures in a cloud of localized seismic events. This procedure consists of unsupervised machine learning algorithms and statistical optimization technique to enhance the accuracy of cluster identification in a cloud of seismic events. The objective of the dissertation is to demonstrate the universality of the proposed solution for identifying seismogenic structures in seismic emissions caused by various anthropogenic factors. The dissertation demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed method for clustering seismic events induced by coal mining operations at the Bobrek mine, hydraulic fracturing at the Soultz-sous-Forets geothermal field, and hydraulic fracturing associated with shale gas production at the Wysin field. To showcase the algorithm's capabilities, results for a synthetic seismic cloud model, based on real microseismic data from fracturing, are presented. The procedure for identifying seismogenic structures includes collapsing and clustering. The collapsing method reduces the scattering of the cloud of seismic events, which is caused by localization errors. Density-based clustering methods allow the determination of areas with increased event intensity. Additionally, the research utilized algorithms aimed at precisely determining the volume of the seismic event cloud. The research demonstrated that the application of the proposed methods enables the calculation of a more realistic volume of the disturbed seismogenic structure.
