Określenie przydatności inklinometru do pomiarów pionowości prowadników szybowych

Abstract

The purpose of the thesis was an presentation of the structure, principle of making measurements and measurement results of a prototype instrument called shaft inclinometer, applied in the measurements of rectilinearity and verticality of shaft guides. To check the reliability of shaft inclinometer, measurements were taken of five shaft guides in the three shafts (“Campi” Shaft KS Bochnia, “Eastern” Shaft KWK „Halemba-Wirek”, “Zygmunt August” Shaft Experimental Mine “Barbara-Chorzów”). The accuracy parameters, calculated from the differences of coordinates between the travels of the shaft inclinometer and obtained by conventional methods (by the Mine Surveying Company - Przedsiębiorstwo Miernictwa Górniczego) show the high degree of compliance between both methods. Safety of operation and short time of measurement render the presented measurement technology i.e. the application of the shaft inclinometer an excellent alternative for the currently applied classical methods involving the inventory of shaft guides in mining shafts.

Celem pracy było przedstawienie budowy, zasady wykonywania pomiaru oraz wyników badań prototypowego urządzenia o nazwie inklinometr szybowy, służącego do określania prostoliniowości i pionowości prowadników szybowych. W celu sprawdzenia poprawności działania inklinometru szybowego wykonano pomiary pięciu ciągów prowadniczych w trzech szybach kopalnianych (Szyb „Campi” w Kopalni Soli Bochnia, Szyb „Wschodni” Kopalni Węgla Kamiennego „Halemba-Wirek”, Szyb „Zygmunt-August” Doświadczalnej Kopalni „Barbara-Chorzów”). Parametry dokładnościowe, obliczone z różnic współrzędnych między przejazdami inklinometru szybowego a pomiarem klasycznym (wykonanym przez Przedsiębiorstwo Miernictwa Górniczego) wskazują na wysoką wzajemną zgodność obu metod. Przedstawiona technologia pomiarów z wykorzystaniem inklinometru szybowego ze względu na swoje bezpieczeństwo i krótki czas pomiaru może stanowić alternatywę dla stosowanych obecnie klasycznych metod inwentaryzacji prowadników w szybach górniczych.
