Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Interpolacja fraktalna w grafice komputerowej - wykorzystanie nowej metody(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Krupski, Marcin; Siwocha, Agnieszka; Cader, AndrzejIn this paper there is proposed an alternative method to use fractal curves for approximation of complex curves, which is more appropriate than the FIF method for interpolation of multifractal structures. The method generalizes a conventional concepts of an interpellation node and introduces non local quantities to its description, such as a fractal dimension. Due to the fractal dimension, the method proposes a continuous family of fractal curves as a set of base elements of approximation - a base splines equivalent.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Intuicyjne metody wstępnego kształtowania wag w jednokierunkowych sieciach perceptronowych(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Kolibabka, Marcin; Cader, AndrzejMany factors have influence on speed and effectiveness learning neural networks. The optimization any of that parameters permits on acceleration and the enlargement the effectiveness of learnedly. The initial values of weights in backpropagation method are one of those parameters. In article we propose graphic interface permitting set initial values based on operator intuition and experience. We also propose some rules setting weights which they are useful placing initial values.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Koncepcja fraktalnej kompresji obrazu(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Siwocha, Agnieszka; Krupski, Marcin; Cader, AndrzejThe advanced methods of picture compression treat the natural pictures as multifractal objects. In this paper there is proposed a distinct conception of fractal picture compression, which uses a new method of fractal interpolation. This method is based on a conception of fractal base splines and it is a modification of conventional method of base splines.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Metoda wymuszania wewnętrznych wzorców w jednokierunkowej sieci klasyfikującej(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Kolibabka, Marcin; Cader, AndrzejCreating and later learning of one-way neural networks depends from many factors. Selection of many them has estimated and experimental character. The proposed in the article method allows to the weakness of the influence of the not optimal choice of the net structure, also speed and momentum values are less influential then in classic Back Propagation Method.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Możliwość redukcji zachowań nieregularnych w systemach wieloagentowych(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Poskrobko, Jakub; Cader, AndrzejMultiagent systems can be described as complex iteration dynamic system. Such system usually tends to undesirable chaotic behaviour. This paper describes an algorithm that can be used to decrease irregularities and improve efficiency of multiagent system.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Możliwość wykorzystania struktur fraktalnych do modelowania krzywych w grafice komputerowej(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Krupski, Marcin; Cader, AndrzejAlgorithms of curve generation operating with manual interface (e.g. computer mouse) are commonly used for creating computer graphics. Such methods use functions of different continuity classes (i.e. polynomials, Bezier's curves) to create a curve between given points. In many - esspecially artistic - applications, an urgency of generating not smooth line occurs, to get an effect of shading or tearing, the same as with use of simple artistic tools. In this paper a proposition of algorithm basing on non-smooth fractal curves that can gain such effect is presented. Original modification of well known fractal object - Koch's curve - is presented.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , O możliwościach zastosowania wybranych metod wyznaczania efektywności klasycznych i e-learningowych systemów kształcenia(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Przybyszewski, Krzysztof; Cader, Andrzej; Marchlewska, AlinaIn the paper we have described a principle of elements separation of any education system (classical or electronic). We have proposed method of determination of an effectiveness of the education systems based on the separation principle and on the modified education added-value method. It is useful in wider area as a classical method: it is possible to determine an effectiveness coefficient of an unit element of a system (learner, teacher) and it is useful for any level of education, for the high schools, for example. It is simple for calculation and any added estimations are needed. The results that obtained with it have been compared with those from the classical education added-value method. That comparison certifies new method advantage over an classical one.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Rola kształcenia zdalnego w rozwoju Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Krupski, Michał; Cader, AndrzejFoundation and development of the Internet generated changes unexpected even by its creators. Progress in information and communication technologies resulted in new quality in data and knowledge exchange. This influenced people to the point when a new term was needed to describe world's population - 'Information society'. It also became challenge to the educational system, as future shape of civilization depends on ways new technologies, along with new knowledge and skills acquisition methods, are put into use. Latest teaching techniques provide new tools, such as e-learning, which strongly accelerates social and economic development. It is vital to take advantage of the new possibilities to support both stationary and continual education. This paper presents quick outlook on formation and development of e-learning tools. It also shows examples of distance learning applied academic centers in Poland.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Rozproszone platformy e-nauczania(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Cader, Andrzej; Przybyszewski, KrzysztofDistributed e-learning environments has been presented in this paper. There was made a comparison of properties both distributed and centralized platforms. Distributed platforms can shape an individual learning profile and fit it to student possibilities and needs more effective than centralized systems. They can transform to Individual e-learning Platforms. The best way to implement distributed environments is to use agent technologies. There was proposed a layers model for this solution.
