Podjęto próbę określenia rzędu wartości pierwszych poprawek Mołodeńskiego z wykorzystaniem przybliżenia wysokości quasi-geoidy i odchylenia linii pionu w regionie górskim w międzynarodowym obszarze badań geodezyjnych w rejonie Alp Zachodnich. Uzyskane różnice między prawdziwymi i obliczonymi składowymi odchyleń linii pionu można wyjaśnić błędami astronomicznych wyznaczeń składowych odchyleń linii pionu podlegających wpływowi zerowego i pierwszego przybliżenia pola anomalii. Różnice między modelowymi i prawdziwymi składowymi odchyleń linii pionu można uzasadnić nieuwzględnieniem wpływu strefy centralnej pola anomalii.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAccuracy in Fixing Ship’s Positions by CCD Camera Survey of Horizontal Angles(2011) Naus, Krzysztof AndrzejThe article describes a study to assess the accuracy determining the position coordinates of the ship based on measurements horizontal angle made optical CCD (Charge Coupled Device) camera. In the first part of paper describes the method of calculating the measurement mean errors and the field figure mean errors of position coordinates delineated from two or more horizontal angles. There have been defined three software applications assigned for preparation of navigational sea charts with accuracy areas mapped on (map distributions of accuracy). The second part presents, in the form of maps distributions of accuracy, results of the study's Rolleiflex camera. This study was conducted in based on the theoretical measurements, carried out the geometric structure formed by the constant measurement, optical navigational marks located on the Gulf of Gdańsk. In the final part, based on the results of research conducted discussion on evaluating the suitability of CCD cameras to determine the ship's position coordinates with the International Maritime Organization.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAccuracy of determining the volume of road salt storage based on surveying with reflectorless total stations(2010) Kocierz, Rafał; Ortyl, Łukasz; Mołoń, RobertThis article presents the possibility of using reflectorless total station in the process of determining the volume of road salt. Salt of this type is stored in warehouses intended for storage of loose materials that are a part of the road infrastructure of the country. In order to perform this task, the test of three different Leica reflectorless distancemeters was conducted by carrying out surveys for a specially prepared sample of salt. The possibilities of surveying the distance for various sight line lengths and different angles of incidence of the beam on the surveyed object were examined. After the conducted test, one of the reflectorless total stations was used as an alternative tool for the hitherto surveying the inventory of road salt volume carried out using the measure to prism method. The comparative works were carried out in a warehouse located at the town of Rudno near the A-4 motorway, which was owned by the company STALEXPORT Transroute Autostrada S.A. The surveys of station poles at the salt dump were conducted on the same day, for the two instruments independently, using the polar method. The first survey was performed with the use of the ELTA R55 instrument, with the measure to prism method, and the second one with TCR407Power total station in a reflectorless mode. As a result of this test, data were obtained, which became grounds for determining the volume of the salt mass using two models reflecting the measured surface in three different computational programs. The values of the volume determined from both surveys for different models and programs were compared in order to verify the compatibility of the results with a criterion provided in the form of the values of the relative error of determining the volume, which were specified in the Survey Manual of Ministry of Heavy Industry. Additionally, a survey of the volumetric weight of road salt was carried out, which allowed the calculation of the total mass of road salt stored in the warehouse. The obtained result was compared with the inventory present in the records.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAccuracy of land parcel area measurement(2012) Kwinta, AndrzejIn connection with direct subsidies to agriculture in European Union, each year hundreds of thousands of measurements of crops and allotments are performed. Area measurements are performed directly on site using geodetic or aerial photogrammetry methods. It is widely used for the control of the hand (navigation) satellite receivers. The receiver has recorded a trace of movement along the land. This measurement method is quick and not expensive. Comparison of results of measurements made in this type of technology with the allowable tolerance of an area shows that the theoretically obtained accuracy is sufficient. In real measurements a main source of error is improper identification of crops borders which – in many cases – are ambiguous.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAccuracy standards of tying the horizontal and vertical control network to the National Geodetic Control Network(2014) Dąbrowski, JanuszW pracy zaprezentowano szczególne zastosowanie metody najmniejszych kwadratów polegające na estymacji współrzędnych punktów osnowy realizacyjnej przy różnych warunkach nawiązania do osnowy państwowej. Klasyfikacja i własności różnych rodzajów układów odniesienia dla sieci realizacyjnej zostały opracowane na podstawie modelu Gaussa-Markowa z parametrami losowymi przy wykorzystaniu algebry macierzy blokowych. Wyprowadzono wzory na estymatory różniczek do przybliżonych współrzędnych, wraz z ich macierzą kowariancji, oddzielnie dla punktów osnowy państwowej i punktów osnowy realizacyjnej. Na podstawie tych wielkości zostały sformułowane trzy kryteria nawiązania osnowy realizacyjnej do państwowego układu współrzędnych. Zamieszczony na końcu przykład liczbowy ilustruje wszystkie etapy estymacji parametrów losowych oraz sposób nawiązania analizowanej osnowy realizacyjnej do państwowego układu współrzędnych.

- ArtykułOtwarty dostępActualization of data concerning surface flowing waters, based on INSPIRE Directive requirements(2013) Bieda, Agnieszka; Bydłosz, Jarosław; Parzych, PiotrCurrently, Poland is at the stage of creating and implementing the provisions of the law related to the formation of infrastructure for spatial information. New legislation is to ensure consistency of the databases on which maps will be generated. It is required that the database created pursuant to the INSPIRE Directive is kept up to date. Implementation of completely new surveys, based on which the correct data collections would be created, is almost impossible due to the time and costs of their execution. Due to the large variability in time, the most vulnerable to obsolescence database elements will be those in the area of surface (sea, flowing and standing) water. It is there, irrevocably, to be checked whether it is necessary to amend the previously existing data collections.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAdministrative legal borders run along rivers(2012) Bieda, Agnieszka; Hycner, RyszardThis article presents the problem of recording spatial information regarding the location of the cadastral parcel boundary markers and its surface area in the real estate cadastre. The article also presents an estimation of statistical models that can be used in the cadastre.The conditions for the surface of the record parcel presented in this paper allow for an assessment of the reliability of the plot surface area. The obtained results can be applied both in land and buildings register as an attribute of a record parcel, as well as in the process of property valuation.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAdsorption of Trihalomethanes (THMs) on activated carbons(2009) Włodyka-Bergier, Agnieszka; Bergier, TomaszW artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań nad usuwaniem trihalometanów (THMs) na węglach aktywnych AG-5 i NC-I, różniących się wielkością powierzchni właściwej. W badaniach zastosowano modelowe roztwory, zawierające cztery związki THMs: trichlorometan (THM), bromodichlorometan (BDCM), dibromochlorometan (DBCM) oraz tribromometan (TBM). Początkowe stężenia sumy trihalometanów w modelowych roztworach wynosiły 35 µg/dm3, 58,40 µg/dm3, 166,70 µg/dm3 i 280,50 µg/dm3. Badania prowadzono metodą dynamiczną na modelowym złożu węgla aktywnego w warunkach laboratoryjnych. Roztwory były przepuszczane przez złoże z różnymi prędkościami przepływu od 2 do 15 m/h. Przeprowadzone badania wskazują na dużą przydatność węgli aktywnych do usuwania THMs z wody. Węgiel aktywny o większej powierzchni właściwej AG-5 wykazywał lepsze zdolności sorpcyjne THMs w porównaniu z węglem aktywnym NC-I. Spośrod czterech rozpatrywanych THMs związki z jonami bromu były lepiej adsorbowane niż związki z jonami chloru. Najlepiej adsorbowany był TBM, nastepnie DBCM, BDCM, najgorszą efektywność adsorpcji uzyskano w przypadku TCM. Efektywność adsorpcji poszczególnych THMs zwiększała się wraz ze wzrostem prędkości filtracji ich roztworów przez złoże węgla aktywnego.

Popularne metody przetwarzania danych, takie jak dekompozycja sygnału czy metody korelacyjne, mogą się nie sprawdzić w sytuacjach, gdy odbity sygnał laserowy jest silnie zdeformowany lub gdy odległość pomiędzy dwoma echami jest mniejsza niż długość emitowanego impulsu. W pierwszej części publikacji opisano zaawansowane techniki przetwarzania zarejestrowanej, odbitej energii laserowej. Scharakteryzowano metodę kalibracji radiometrycznej sygnału, opisano zaawansowane techniki dekompozycji falek oraz metody detekcji słabych i nachodzących na siebie odbić. Część druga poświęcona została klasyfikacji chmury punktów ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dodatkowych parametrów, wyznaczanych na podstawie profili energii. Opisana została przydatność poszczególnych parametrów w klasyfikacji.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAn algorithm for uniform scanning of coating buildings modeled with spline functions(2010) Lenda, GrzegorzOpracowanie prezentuje metodę równomiernego skanowania powierzchni za pomocą bezzwierciadlanych tachimetrów zrobotyzowanych. Ma ona szczególne znaczenie dla obiektów powłokowych opisywanych za pomocą funkcji sklejanych, które wymagają stosunkowo regularnie rozmieszczonych punktów pomiarowych. Klasyczne metody skanowania operują na równomiernych płaszczyznowych siatkach punktów, które po narzuceniu na przestrzenny obiekt ulegają deformacji. Prezentowany algorytm na podstawie wstępnych pomiarów ustala kształt powłoki, a następnie wyznacza na niej zbiór równomiernie rozłożonych punktów. Na ich podstawie na stanowiskach osnowy odłożone zostają kąty, pod którymi instrument wykonuje pomiary odległości. Opracowana metoda ma również drugie zastosowanie, pozwalające na równomierne rozgęszczanie chmur punktów pochodzących z klasycznego skaningu laserowego. Tworzenie powierzchni sklejanych na podstawie pełnych chmur jest bowiem zadaniem znacznie przekraczającym możliwości obliczeniowe współczesnych komputerów.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAlgorithms for automatic surface scanning of any given shape for reflectorless robotized tacheometers(2009) Lenda, GrzegorzSkanowanie laserowe to skuteczna metoda szczegółowego pomiaru obiektów, jednak skanery czy tachimetry skanujące to urządzenia wciąż mało dostępne ze względu na cenę. W znacznie powszechniejszym użyciu są zrobotyzowane tachimetry bezzwierciadlane, mogące służyć podobnym celom. Zazwyczaj posiadają one jednak stosunkowo prymitywne algorytmy skanowania uniemożliwiające pomiary powierzchni o skomplikowanych konturach. Artykuł prezentuje kilka metod zaawansowanego skanowania. Uwzględniają one ich niewielką prędkość pomiaru, ograniczając do minimum liczbę ewentualnych zbędnych obserwacji poza obiektem właściwym. Opracowano dwie metody w pełni automatyczne, przeznaczone do obiektów o prostszych konturach, oraz metodę wstępnie wspomaganą wymagającą pewnego zaangażowania użytkownika, ale pozwalającą skanować obiekty o dowolnych kształtach.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAnaliza metod wyceny według podejścia dochodowego(2007) Klajn, Joanna; Kulczycki, MarekW artykule zaprezentowano dwie metody wyceny nieruchomości za pomocą podejścia dochodowego: metodę inwestycyjną oraz metodę zysków. Obie są realizowane techniką kapitalizacji prostej. W metodzie inwestycyjnej jednostkowa wartość rynkowa przedmiotowej nieruchomości jest równa iloczynowi prognozowanego jednostkowego dochodu netto d i współczynnika kapitalizacji wk, wyznaczanego na podstawie analizy rynku, czyli poziomu kształtowania się cen transakcyjnych oraz czynszów rynkowych. Wartość jego jest równa ilorazowi średniej jednostkowej ceny nieruchomości c oraz średniego jednostkowego operacyjnego dochodu netto d dla analizowanej nieruchomości. Operacyjny dochód netto dla wycenianej nieruchomości jest prognozowany na podstawie bazy nieruchomości podobnych o znanych jednostkowych czynszach rynkowych. Metoda zysków jest wykorzystywana w przypadku, gdy brakuje informacji rynkowych zarówno o transakcjach sprzedaży, jak i kształtowaniu się stawek czynszowych. Wartość współczynnika kapitalizacji w tym przypadku jest wyznaczana z rynku kapitałowego, tj. publikowanego wskaźnika cena/zysk (C/Z) dla spółek. Analiza obejmuje spółki o podobnej działalności jak wyceniana, dla których określa się wskaźniki kapitalizacji C/Z. Ich średnia wartość stanowi najbardziej prawdopodobną wartość wk. Udział dochodu operacyjnego netto jest ustalany na podstawie analizy przychodów i rozchodów spółki oraz struktury środków trwałych i obrotowych tej spółki. W celu ustalenia udziału wycenianej nieruchomości w operacyjnym dochodzie netto generowanym przez cały podmiot stosuje się wariant oparty na wartości księgowej, na wartości gruntu i wartości odtworzeniowej części składowych gruntu oraz oparty na rynkowej wartości wskaźników określających strukturę udziałów poszczególnych nieruchomości w operacyjnym dochodzie netto. W artykule został zamieszczony przykład wyceny metodą inwestycyjną oraz metodą zysków.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAnaliza trendu zmiany cen nieruchomości w czasie(2007) Klajn, JoannaW artykule przedstawiono analizę kształtowania się ceny transakcyjnej w czasie, którą przeprowadzono dla bazy lokali mieszkalnych, usytuowanych w dzielnicy Krowodrza w Krakowie, które w okresie od września 2004 r. do października 2005 r. były przedmiotem obrotu rynkowego. W celu zbadania trendu zmian cen transakcyjnych w czasie wykorzystano model regresji, model postaci iloczynowej oraz model interwałowy. W pierwszej części przeprowadzono obliczenia w oparciu o całą bazę zawierającą dane o 307 lokalach mieszkalnych. Uzyskane wyniki, wskazały na mały udział czasu w samodzielnym wyjaśnianiu zmienności cen transakcyjnych, który w przypadku modelu regresji nieliniowej wyniósł 26%, a w modelu postaci iloczynowej - 3%. W modelu interwałowym średnie odchylenie standardowe cen transakcyjnych wyniosło 60,78 zł/m2 ze średnim rozproszeniem równym 0,31. W związku z tym w dalszej części, wprowadzono kolejny atrybut jakim jest lokalizacja oraz dokonano na jego podstawie podziału bazy nieruchomości na 5 grup według przynależności do obrębów ewidencyjnych. Dla każdej z tych grup przeanalizowano trend zmiany ceny transakcyjnej w czasie, posługując się modelem regresji oraz postaci iloczynowej. Uzyskane wyniki prowadzą do wniosku, iż czas samodzielnie w małym stopniu wyjaśnia zmienność ceny transakcyjnej, stąd konieczne jest rozpatrywanie charakteru tych zmian z uwzględnieniem innych atrybutów nieruchomości.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAnaliza wpływu dodatkowych pomiarów GPS na dokładność osnowy realizacyjnej(2007) Gmyrek, JanW pracy przedstawiono wyniki opracowania pomiarów sygnałów GPS na wybranych punktach poziomej osnowy geodezyjnej III klasy na obszarze Krakowa. Pomiar ten miał charakter kontrolny w stosunku do wcześniej wykonanego przeliczenia osnowy z układu lokalnego Krakowa do układu '2000'. Do pomiarów wybrano kilkadziesiąt punktów, na których wystąpiły największe odchyłki wyżej wymienionych transformacji współrzędnych. Pomiary sygnałów GPS zrealizowano metodą szybką statyczną, w nawiązaniu do stacji permanentnej KRAW znajdującej się na budynku Wydziału Geodezji Górniczej i Inżynierii Środowiska AGH w Krakowie. Dzięki temu uzyskane z pomiaru współrzędne nie były obarczone błędami osnowy klasy I i II. Wykonano szereg analiz umożliwiających porównanie współrzędnych z transformacji i z bezpośredniego pomiaru.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAn analysis and 3D visualization of shading of urban spatial objects with the use of the Phython programming language in the Blender application(2015) Ilba, MateuszShading analysis has been performed for several years. It is commonly performed on the basis of raster data with saved height attributes. An undoubted advantage of the application of raster is the speed and the easiness of the analysis but this solution has also many limitations. One of them is the impossibility of executing a correct analysis for a 3D city. The analysis performed only on raster data cannot answer the question, what happens to vertical elements of buildings and yet surfaces of these elements (walls) are far greater in big cities than horizontal and oblique ones, which we are able to save as raster images [11]. It is only recently that the tools are available, which make it possible to analyze the shading on 3D models. However, such tools have a lot disadvantages, they are expensive and have some limitations. On the example of the ArcGIS application, the following limitations can be enumerated: difficulties, while determining shadowed surfaces together with their classification, in the case of the Bentley Microstation V8i application, there is no influence on the output classification, the access to the generated data is carried out by displaying results. Additional software for these applications is created but it is payable and also does not give 100% control over the presentation of results. It is in this article that we will take a closer look at the feasibility of an analysis of shading of high urban buildings and its visualization using an algorithm for ray tracing that is available in the Blender application available under the GPL license. The author tested the work of the application on an example of an artificially built part of a 3D city and on a part of New York.

Chosen applications include Bentley InRoads, WinKalk, Drogownictwo 2000 and C-Geo. Each of them was used to prepare road project with identical parameters and conditions. It enabled to become thoroughly acquainted with these applications. As a consequence, numerous observations and remarks were achieved in the area of the most crucial task carried out in the everyday work of road designer and land surveyor in road designing and building.
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAnalysis and interpretation of relative displacements on the Intra-Sudetic Fault(2011) Mendela, MałgorzataGeodynamic investigations conducted in the Sudety Mts. and the Fore-Sudetic Block indicate tectonic mobility of the local geological structures in the form of i.a. dispacement deformations. The researches of the Mid-Sudetic Fault mobility conducted in the third segment of the measurement and control system allow to determine values of the relative displacements, registered i.a. by TM-71 crack gauges. The analysis and interpretation of relative displacements on the Mid-Sudetic Fault are based on data obtained from the TM-7 crack gauge placed in Janowice Wielkie (former uraniom galery). In this paper there are done linear trend analysis of relative displacements (Least Squares and robust M-estimation method), periodicity analysis (Fast Fourier Transform), detection of and analysis of episodic data disturbances to evaluate the Mid-Sudetic Fault mobility (displacement deformations of rock blocks).
- ArtykułOtwarty dostępAnalysis of accuracy of determination of eccentric point coordinates of the KRAW permanent geodetic station in RTK GPS measuring mode with the application of the NAWGEO service of the ASG-EUPOS system(2012) Krzyżek, Robert; Skorupa, BogdanA short analysis of the behaviour of the spatial coordinates of eccentric points KRA8 and KRA9 of the KRAW permanent geodesic station in the ASG EUPOS system over time was conducted. Measurements were conducted on eccentric points in real time in RTK GPS mode, over several measuring cydes. Two GPS receivers of various manufacturers were applied for research measurements. Obtained measurement results - spatial coordinates - were related to values accepted as error free, obtained from the ETRV 2000 measuring campaign.
