Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Wpływ sposobu wyznaczenia poprawki kalibracyjnej na określane przewyższenie(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Frukacz, MariuszIn this paper, the author presents the methods of determination of a calibrating correction of the precise leveling results. The purpose of the statistical experiment which was carried out, was to generate randomly the results of levelling as well as determine the calibrating corrections in four ways. It was observed that different ways of calculating this correction may cause the occurrence of systematical errors. The values of other corrections, for example correction for refraction, in this experiment was calculated for comparison.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Dokumentacja rozgraniczenia nieruchomości w procesie ustalania stanu prawnego gruntu(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Kwartnik-Pruc, AnitaThe paper presents an analysis of geodetic-legal regulations connected with the delimitation of a real estate, in the light of documentation arising in this process. This documentation is included in the national geodetic and cartographical resources, which are the basics of title boundary reestablishment. The paper deals with present legal bases, since 1946, of the proceedings of ground real estate delimitation, composition of documentation, arising from this process, and changes with the administration responsible for this delimitation.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Interdyscyplinarna współpraca w zakresie edukacji na rzecz ochrony krajobrazu kulturowego na przykładzie Parku Narodowego Cinque Terre (Włochy)(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Dobrowolski, Jan Wincenty; Jachimski, Józef; Hejmanowska, Beata ; Wagner, Aleksandra ; Boroń, Adam ; Drzewiecki, Wojciech ; Mikrut, Sławomir; Śliwka, Małgorzata; Mazur, Robert ; Jakubiak, Mateusz ; Patuła, BarbaraOur Faculty, as the only in Poland, participated in the EU project »Smart History«. A new concept of education, integrating the residents of the regions of particular natural and cultural values and tourists - for sustainable development. A group of staff, doctoral students and under-graduate students of the Faculty participated in the interdisciplinary Workshop in the Cinque Terre National Park (Italy). The participants represented 11 countries. The Region of the Park was a model area for the consultation of experts and local decision makers as well as the residents in the cultivation of traditional forms of life, necessary to protect a unique cultural landscape. The activities were directed towards the diminishing of the concentration of tourism at the coastal area by encouraging tourists to visit mountain areas. A particular subject of our interest was related to GIS in the context of the needs of the national park, mainly the development of tourism and nature conservation. Remote sensing and photogrammetry techniques as well as GIS have been developed in the Department of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Informatics. They can be successfully implemented for the needs of the Park. A map of vegetation/land use was made based on satellite data. This can make a starting point for the monitoring in the aspect of land use changes. Some examples of photogrammetric documentation of historical monuments in the Park were also made, including spherical panoramic images. From the tourist point of view it is important to publish the information, including GIS data in the Internet, which is also a subject of the studies of the Department. A website was made, focussed on the promotion of tourist paths in mountainous areas of the Park, presenting GIS data and interactive panoramic images. Many of the proposed solutions can be applied in other protected areas. The methodological experience in the implementation of sustainable development in national parks of other countries was used, including interdisciplinary science-educational work carried out in Poland since 1968.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Wstępna analiza przemieszczeń punktów osnowy poziomej ESP Żar(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Bałut, AdamThe horizontal control network of the Żar hydropower facility is observed by the GPS technique since 2001. Comparison of results of five annual resurveys proved stability of the main observation pillars, used as a reference for determination of dam displacements and deformations. The network extends for about 5 km outside the artificial lake and stretches a probably active tectonic fault. The span of four years allowed determination of a 0.5 ppm/y compression in the area in the direction NE-SW, which does not contradict geophysical evidence.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Rozwój metod opracowania i analiza przydatności ortofotomap - doświadczenia Zakładu Fotogrametrii AGH(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Sitek, Zbigniew; Mierzwa, Władysław; Pyka, Krystian ; Wróbel, AndrzejThe Department of Photogrammetry, AGH possesses great experience in making orthophotomaps from surface, airborne and satellite images. First studies were carried out at the beginning of 1970s, after many years of improving analogue technology, it was replaced with digital technology. Apart from the very methodology of making orthophotomaps, their usefulness in the inventory of architectural and industrial objects was analysed as the base for the up-dating of the main map, inventory of grounds and buildings, and recently - the definition of the surfaces of plantations within the control of farmers' subsidies. The article presents the most interesting research and implementation studies referring to orthophotomaps done in the Department of Photogrammetry, AGH.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Badanie przestrzeni barwnej cyfrowego aparatu fotograficznego na przykładzie Minolty Dynax 5D(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Pirowski, Tomasz ; Tokarczyk, ReginaThe proposed method of the automatism of the measurement of markers in a photo-grammetric system of 3D positioning for medical rehabilitation purposes is based on the detection of colours. Because the parameters of the calibration of colours determined based on one photo-graph are used in searching in many photographs, it is important to investigate how accurate in projecting colours a picture registering device (digital photo-camera) is. The studies referring to this phenomenon were carried out for the photo-camera Minolta Dynax 5D. A transparent test IT8 of known colour parameters in model $L*a*b$. was used in the studies. The experiments were made at day-light and artificial light, with different white balance and different speed of CCD. The results of the registration were compared in a formal and visual way with the pattern calculated into the space of colours RGB. Formal (statistic) approach allowed the detection of a difference on respective components R, G and B and defining standard deviation (noise) in single colour fields and the greyscale. In the conclusions it was stated which colours and which components get most deformed and in which range the colour balance for the greyscale is kept properly. To generalize - in order to compare different tests and - in the future - different digital cameras - a synthetic parameter was used - a so-called mean relative spectral error nQ - proposed by Wald.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Sposoby wyznaczania głębokości położenia przewodów podziemnych różnymi lokalizatorami elektronicznymi(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Sołtys, MarianThe paper presents methods for determination of depth of underground metallic and nonmetallic utilities, using multifunctional electronic locators and additional accessories, like electromagnetic markers, location tapes and transmitting probes. Results of practical experiments are discussed. An accuracy assessment of automatic depth surveys using modern locators are given. The range and accuracy of utility depth determination with chosen locators, markers and probes are presented.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Rola decyzji o warunkach zabudowy i zagospodarowania terenu w procesie podziału nieruchomości(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Kwartnik-Pruc, Anita ; Ruchlewicz, BarbaraThe regulations of division of real estate used to encounter difficulties in the past when there was lack of a development project. That is why, the regulations of act of husband of real estate regulate this problem in detail. The decision on ground development conditions was included in the process of division of real estate as a substitute of the development project. This document presents the role of this decision in the process of devision of real estate until 22 September 2004 when the regulations were amended, and changes applied in the process, taking into consideration the obstacles arising from limited possibilities to include the decision on ground development conditions in this process.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Praktyczna realizacja algorytmu estymacji lokalnej różnicowej refrakcji jonosferycznej i troposferycznej na obszarze ograniczonym siecią stacji permanentnych ASG-PL(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Skorupa, BogdanIn the paper, formulas and numerical examples of real estate market value, for which legal limitations are assigned, have been shown. The paper presents an algorithm of calculating the local differential ionospheric and tropospheric corrections as well a method of considering this corrections in GPS phase measurements. In calculation process double difference of GPS phase observations is used as well as precisely estimated initial ambiguities of double difference phase measurements on $L_1$ and $L_2$ frequencies performed on reference points of known coordinates. Next this correction is taken into consideration in GPS measurements, that are carried out on the area limited by reference points. Quoted numerical examples illustrate the influence of ionospheric and tropospheric corrections on quality of obtained GPS vectors about length of 37-67 km. In computational experiments it use phase measurements performed on points of active geodetic network ASG-PL and research geodynamic network points in the eastern part of Upper Silesian Coal Basin.Item type:Journal Volume, GeodezjaT. 11 (2005)Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Zagadnienia integracji europejskiej z uwzględnieniem polskiej geodezji(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Śmiałowska-Uberman, ZofiaThe author intents to publish several articles aimed at a complex presentation of impact of the EU integration including the EU law adoption on the Polish national law, and then, of professional and academic issues in land-surveying and cartography resulting from the EU law. It allows further numeric processing of mentioned above information and its visualisation. It is possible to use it for preliminary stage of numeric map creation. Recorded survey data (e.g. in *.mmp format for iPAQ H3850 palmtop) can be transmitted by proper software (for iPAQ H3850 palmtop is ActiveSync software) to any computer, where following software leads to realize a numeric map. The elaboration presents practical experience of the authors in palmtop applications.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Struktura bazy danych Wielojęzycznego, Interdyscyplinarnego Terminologicznego Słownika i Leksykonu Geoinformatycznego Komisji Geoinformatyki PAU(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Jachimski, Józef; Mikrut, Sławomir; Majewski, MichałCommission for Geoinformatics of the Polish Academy of Science and Arts (KG PAU) in Kraków, has been formed in 1998. That commission gathers scientists of many disciplines, such as geology, geophysics, environmental engineering and protection, mining, surveying and geodesy, geography, cartography, GIS, and, of course, photogrammetry and remote sensing and computer sciences (informatics). AU that specialists, devoting their special interest to geoinformatics, found out, just at the very beginning of their cooperation, that they do not speak the same technical and scientific language concerning geoinformatics. Finally that was decided to work out a dictionary, which could help people of geoinformatics from various disciplines to use the identical vocabulary. The work is split to thematic teams, which, working independently, but in a contact with each other, build a final product: The Multilingual, Interdisciplinary Terminological Dictionary for Geoinformatics, a very important project of the KG PAU. The Dictionary will be build up in the open formulae, using internet. AU the work stages will be public, available on the www pages. To the editorial process will be admitted also volunteers, who, under care and in cooperation with the responsible editors will help to build the dictionary data base. The internet program for editing the Dictionary, in an experimental version, is available for use. We hope to have our dictionary data base soon filled with new entries, definitions, and longer descriptions of many terms used in geoinformatics.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Wpływ osnowy na dokładności tyczenia w konstrukcjach jednoznacznych(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Gmyrek, JanThe paper refers to derivation of the formula containing the influence of a network inaccuracy on the accuracy of setting out. The formula refers to setting out without additional observations. In this case the observation matrix must be square, and must have an inverse matrix. The first part of formula contains only the influence of accuracy of the setting out and the second part contains the influence of network accuracy. Besides a general case of derivation of the both parts of the formula was presented.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Automaty komórkowe jako narzędzie modelowania i symulacji procesów przestrzennych w systemach informacji geograficznej(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Drzewiecki, WojciechThe paper presents a cellular automata definition and functionality as well as ways of its integration with Geographical Information Systems. In the second part a short review of cellular-based GIS applications to modelling and simulation of dynamic spatial processes is given.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Analiza przepisów prawnych związanych z postępowaniem o zwrot wywłaszczonej nieruchomości(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Ruchlewicz, BarbaraThe purpose of this article is to analyze administrative proceedings in the cases of restitution of expropriated property in view of the current interpretation of several legal acts. The rapid increase in the number of cases concerning the restitution of expropriated property is related to the Poland's forthcoming entrance in the structures of the European Union. It is connected with the Polish society's increasing awareness of the value of property. The article does not only review the currently binding regulations of the Property Management Act and the Administrative Procedure Code, but also the abrogated regulations which where the legal basis for the expropriation or seizure of property and which now give a subject the right to claim its restitution. During administrative proceedings both geodetic and legal problems arise, the solving of which is essential for the effectiveness of administrative proceedings. The article is a detailed study of the subsequent stages that may be distinguished in the proceedings of the restitution of expropriated property. In particular, it is mainly concerned with the determination of the subject entitled to claim the restitution, the determination of the object of proceedings and the determination of the premises qualifying the property as inessential for the purpose specified in the decision of expropriation. Theses presented in the article are supported with various judicial decisions of the Supreme Court and Supreme Administrative Court.
