Kryteria prawdy i użyteczności informacji w modelach zarządzania w warunkach niepewności i ryzyka

In this paper there is presented the model of making decisions in the company where its condisions is unstable. Then the decidend is forced to make quick decisions based on information not always reliable and complete. There is a conflict between effective managment in the case of a risk and an aversion to some action within a group of decidends which causes a risk. This paper presents some suggestions how to mitigate the conflict.

The authors present conditionality of effective utilization loyalty programmes in maintenance and winning loyal customers. Except qualification what is the meaning of a loyalty programme, the authors show the role of rewards in programmes and role of reward schedules. The role of customers' spending and closeness between customer and company are examined. The specific of loyalty programmes was taken under attention in different sectors of economy also.

Metoda Total Cost of Ownership oceny efektywności inwestycji informatycznych

Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) is a method of entirety glance at costs connected with purchase, use and development of information technologies by firms. It was invented in 70-ties of 20-th century, and then developed by Gartner Group. The report includes a short characteristic of this method, which components serve to measure, manage and rationalize of IT costs, aiming at improvement of IT investments effectiveness.

Podejmowanie decyzji kompromisowych wykorzystujących aspiracje podawane przez użytkownika

A decision making based on multiobjective analysis has been presented in this paper. Methods of multiobjective optimalization do not give one unique solution, but a whole set of them. A decision making relies on interactive conducting of the decision making process. Selection of given decision is made by way of solving a problem with parameters defining user's aspirations and the evaluation of obtained results.

Then was fundamental instruments and techniques mentioned, which are indispensable to correct inculcating and appling of Lean methodic. Zarządzanie rozwojem wiedzy w organizacjach wirtualnych różnego typu

The differentiation between virtual organisations of a technological, qualitative and cost-related type is proposed. It allows to describe different structural tensions associated with knowledge development and management, which they generate. The need for using power to manage knowledge development - indicated in the literature [1] - for project organisations, is explained. The analysis is illustrated by examples of procedural solulions used by ABB. Conclusions concerning possible ways of overcoming knowledge management problems written into the structure of virtual organisations, are discussed.
